05/26/2020 COVID-19 LATEST UPDATE!
To our valued Customers,
At Chicago Records Management, Inc. (CRM), the health and safety of our customer and employees continue to be a priority, especially amid concerns about the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19). As information about the new Coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to evolve, we are committed to taking preventative measures to reduce the risk to our employees and customers while providing the essential services you depend on. Here is what we are doing to operate safely and effectively.
STEPS WE ARE TAKING
- Our teams are monitoring information from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and federal, state and local agencies to help ensure the actions we are taking are in line with the latest CDC, Federal, and State recommendations and orders.
- Consistent with the current Federal and State orders, at-risk CRM employees will not be deployed to customer sites, and to the extent customers have reasonable concerns regarding CRM’s onsite employees, these concerns will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.
- CRM employee’s regular hand washing is being encouraged during break period. All employees are equipped with gloves, masks, sanitizing wipes, and hand sanitizer.
- CRM employees are required to wear masks at all time at CRM’s facilities, within CRM vehicles, and while on-site at Customer locations.
- Scan-on-Demand Services are readily available for essential records using CRM’s ECM interface.
